A unique early morning routine! I do some meditation, some movement, then some pie to the feet and pie to the face! I drip some runny cream on my feet and step into it too!

I do this wearing a tight fitting long sleeve compression shirt and billowy/ baggy, swishy black pants, and sandals/bare feet!

The foot stuff is quick but delightful! I will do longer form foot messiness in the future!
